I worked in the Special Features department of BusinessWorld, a Philippine business broadsheet newspaper, from 2009 to 2013. I started as writer and eventually moved up to editor. We worked on supplements, advertorials, and custom publications. I then transferred to the Editorial department to be a sub-editor for two years; I edited economic, agribusiness, real estate, and world news stories and prepped them for publication the next day.
You'd think that after seven years as a media professional, the internet would have more proof of my work floating around. Due to the organization's web policies at the time and the death of some domain names, however, that is not the case. To see my work now, you'd have to go to the company library and go through the old printed issues.
